With Valdo Spumanti, a historic Prosecco house based just outside Venice and owned by the Bolla family for over a century, we hosted a special tasting experience with Matteo Bolla, 5th generation of the Bolla family, who shared stories, traditions, and insights into the unique craftsmanship behind Valdo Prosecco.
