Armin is a serial entrepreneur, educator, and international keynote speaker with nearly 20 years of experience building businesses across the marketing, technology, and food industries.
For more than a decade, he has lectured on Marketing, Business Innovation, and Digital Transformation at leading universities in Europe and the United States, including the University of Miami, Pace University, Bocconi University, Bologna Business School, Istituto Marangoni, and the University of St. Gallen.
Armin regularly speaks at international conferences on entrepreneurship, innovation, growth mindset, and the future of business. Since 2017, he has also led corporate training programs and innovation hackathons for global organizations, helping leaders and teams accelerate digital transformation and foster entrepreneurial thinking.

Working in Milan from 2009, Guglielmo started his design career at a young age. As motion designer and art director he delivered hundreds of projects for well-known brands like Nestlè, Coca-Cola, Malboro, Lavazza, Ferrari, Sky Italia and many others. His goal has always been to deliver messages to the right audience, in the easiest, clearest, and most fashionable way possible.

Philosopher and logician by training, Marco fully embodies the perfect blend between a humanistic approach oriented towards data and the business world. After obtaining a Master’s degree in Economics, Marco focused on strategic and project management roles in the Digital Innovation field, transitioning from consulting to software houses. Besides that, his vivid curiosity brought him to collaborate on projects concerning the Web3 and the application of New Technologies in general.

Gabriella is an Italian-American Account Manager with a background in photography. Her move from Pennsylvania to Milan at a young age shaped her communication skills and ability to connect with diverse teams.
